One of the most interesting observations during our interaction was the emphasis on process standardization. The preparation process is highly structured and repeatable — something many food businesses struggle to maintain as they grow.

Mr. Kundan Singh, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Delhi, remains deeply involved in operations and even works directly alongside kitchen staff when required.
